Section 37 in Rajasthan Lakes (Protection and Development) Authority Act, 2015
37. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Rajasthan Lakes (Protection and development) Authority Ordinance, 2015 (Ordinance No. 1 of 2015) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done, actions taken or orders made under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made under this Act.
