Section 65(2) in The West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1957
(2)The prescribed authority shall, when it proposes to take action under sub-section (1), give to the person concerned an opportunity of showing cause against the action proposed to be taken against him; and the order shall contain a statement of the reasons for the action taken.
