Section 20(1)(a) in The Chhattisgarh Excise Settlement of Licences for Retail Sale of Foreign Liquor (In District Raipur, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Dhamtari and Mahasamund) Rules, 2001

(a)If any bottle is found in the licensed premises on which duty has not been paid and which does not carry security hologram duly approved by the Excise Commissioner as a proof of payment of duty;
