2. Mr. Dinabandhu Mukherjee, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 appears through virtual mode and undertakes to serve copy of the I.A. No. 510 of 2025 on the learned counsel for the Appellant within a week hence through WhatsApp/e-mail on the learned counsel for the Appellant, who may file Objection to the said I.A. within two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the said I.A.
3. Learned counsel for the Appellant is directed to file requisites for issuance of notice afresh in the same address to the Respondent No.1 in both ways, i.e., by Speed Post with AD as well as through Court process by 7th November, 2025.
