Section 5 in The Orissa Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2000
5. Production of certificate.
- The holder of a certificate under these rules shall at all reasonable time during the period any boiler is in his charge, be bound to produce such certificate when called upon to do so by any of the person empowered under Section 15 and the order authorising the use of the boiler.
