Section 25(1) in National Law University Delhi Act, 2007
(1)the first Statutes of the University shall be made by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Chancellor. They shall be placed before the Governing Council at its first meeting, which may adopt them with or without modifications. Subsequent Statutes or modification in the Statutes shall be made by the Governing Council.
