Section 3 in The Leaders of Opposition in Maharashtra Legislature Salaries and Allowances Act, 1978
3. Salary of Leaders of Opposition.
- There shall be paid to each Leader of the Opposition a salary [Rs. 10,000] [These letters and figures were substituted for the letters and figures 'Rs. 5,000' by Maharashtra 32 of 2010, section 20, (w.e,f. 1-4-2010).] per month.
