Section 7 in The Ramrikdas Haralalka Hospital Acquisition Act, 1982
7. Protection from acts done in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or an officer or other employee serving in connection with the affairs of the Hospital for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
