56. Forwarding packets to Election Officer.
- The packets shall be accompanied by a statement in a separate cover in Form XXI and made by the Presiding Officer showing the number of ballot papers entrusted to him and accounting for them under the heads of ballot papers in the ballot boxes, unused spoilt and tendered ballot papers.
