67. Power to vary development Scheme.
- A development scheme may at any time be varied by a subsequent scheme made, published in accordance with this Act; provided that when a scheme is so varied, the provisions of this Act shall so far as may be applicable, apply to such variation and making of subsequent scheme, and the date of publication of the varied scheme shall, for the purpose of sections 44, 48, 70, 72 and 82 be deemed to be the date of publication of scheme referred to in those sections.
