Section 42(2) in The Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971
(2)Every appeal shall be made within thirty days from the date of the conviction, acquittal or sentence, as the case may be:Provided that, the Industrial Court may, for sufficient reason, allow an appeal after the expiry of the said period.
