10. Other employees of the Council.
- The Council may appoint such office staff and servants, other than the Registrar, as it may deem necessary for discharging its functions and duties under this Act:Provided that the number and designation of the staff and Class-IV employees, their pay and allowances shall be such as may be prescribed.Chapter-III Functions of the council
