25. Assessors.
- Where assessors are appointed to advise a Tribunal under sub-section (4) of Section 7-A or sub-section (4) of Section 7-B or by the Court, Labour Court or Tribunal under sub-section (5) of Section 11, the Court, Labour Court or Tribunal as the case may be, shall, in relation to proceeding before it, obtain the advice of such assessors, but such advice shall not be binding on it.
