Section 42(1) in National Law University of Uttarakhand Act, 2011
(1)The final authority responsible for maintenance of discipline among the students of the University shall be the Vice Chancellor. His directions in that behalf shall be carried out by the Heads of the Departments, hostels and institutions of the University.
