Mr. Kailash Choudhary, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, at the outset submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition has been set at rest against the petitioners by the judgment dated 30.01.2020 rendered in the case of Ashok Kumar Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors : SB Civil Writ Petition No.21448/2019.
Following the judgment aforesaid, these writ petitions are dismissed.
The stay applications are also dismissed.
