Section 14(2)(iv) in The Bihar Irrigation and Flood Protection, (Betterment Contribution) Rules, 1961

(iv)Date of payment of last instalment. - The date of payment of the last instalment shall not be later than fifteen years from the date on which the first instalment fell due.
