Section 21(1) in The M.P. Shri Mahakaleshwar Mandir Adhiniyam, 1982
(1)There shall be constituted a fund to be called Mandir Kosh which shall be vested in and be administered by the Committee and shall consist of-(a)the income derived from the movable and immovable properties of the Mandir;(b)any offering, gilt, donation or contribution; and(c)all moneys received under this Act.
