Section 9(4) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(4)The Vice Chairman of the Authority shall issue a notice asking for a show cause within fifteen days as to why such technical personnel or builder shall not be disqualified/ black listed. After receipt of the show cause, if any, the Vice Chairman shall place the matter before the Authority for a decision on such disqualification/ black listing. The decision of the Authority on disqualification/ black listing shall be published under Regulation 14.
