Facts :-
Heard today dated 16.07.2012. Appellant not present. The Board is represented by Shri Mohd. Feroz, Sanitary Inspector and Shri N.K. Gupta, OS.
2. In the RTI application dated 18.7.2011, the appellant had sought a copy of the merit list prepared by the competent authority in respect of physical test conducted by it on 29.6.2009 at New Police Airport. Shri Gupta submits that the Cantonment Board is not concerned with the recruitment referred to in the RTI application and that this recruitment was made by Zosnal Recruitment office, Danapur Cantt. He also submits that copy of the RTI application has not been received by him. In view of the above, a copy of the RTI application is handed over to Shri Gupta 'dasti' with the direction to hand it over to the CPIO of the concerned authority for providing parawise information in 02 weeks time.
3. The matter is being closed with these observations.
