Section 22(v) in The Punjab Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1952
(v)Where the first tier or gallery extends over the stalls, the height between the foot of the stalls and such tier or gallery shall not in any part be less than 10 feet; the height between the floor of the highest part of the gallery and the lowest part of the ceiling over the same shall not in any part be less than 12 feet, the height between any tier and the tier ceiling above it shall, in no case, be less than 8 feet.
