70. Orders and direction of the State Government and the Collector.
(1)The State Government and, subject to its control, the Collector may issue such orders or directions to the Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti as may appear to be necessary for purposes of this Code.(2)It shall be the duty of the Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti and its office bearers to forthwith carry out the orders and comply with the directions issued under sub-section (1).
