Section 23 in The Gujarat Diseases of Animals (Control) Act, 1963
23. Disposal of carcass of infective animals.
- No carcass or part of the carcass of any animal which at the time of its death was infective or which was destroyed on account of its being infective or suspected to be infective shall be disposed of except by burning or burying in the prescribed manner or by placing in the sea beyond the prescribed distance from the shore.
