COMMON ORDER
Mr.P.S.Raman, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, based on instructions from the counsel on record, submitted that without prejudice to the contentions raised in these writ petitions, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to file their explanation to the show cause notice and agitate the matter before the concerned respondent who issued the show cause notice.
2. Granting such liberty, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
