Section 11 in University of Horticultural Sciences Act, 2009
11. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(1)Board of Management;(2)Academic Council;(3)Research Council;(4)Extension Education Council;(5)Faculties including post graduate studies and their Board of Studies;(6)Such other Bodies of University as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
