Section 162(4) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018
(4)Subject to the provisions of section 163 the staff borne on the establishment of the Mandal Praja Parishad and the staff working in institutions and schemes transferred by the Government or the Head of the Department of Government to the Mandal Praja Parishad shall be under the administrative control and supervision of the Mandal Parishad Development Officer.
