Mr. Sumit Jain, learned counsel representing the petitioner/ Punjab State Cooperative Marketing Federation (MARKFED) very fairly states that identical issue was raised in terms of filing CWP No.334 of 2017 (Punjab State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Limited (MARKFED) Vs. the Additional Registrar (D), Cooperative Societies Punjab & others) and such writ petition was dismissed by a Coordinate Bench vide decision dated 13.01.2017.
The instant writ petition is dismissed in terms of order dated 13.01.2017 passed in CWP No.334 of 2017.
