Section 8C in The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956
8C. [ Constituency Allowance. [Inserted by Rajasthan Act 18 of 1995 [22.5.1995]]
(1)A member shall be entitled to receive the constituency allowance of [rupees six thousand per month],(2)For the avoidance of doubts, it is hereby declared that the constituency allowance admissible under sub-section (1) shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, any other allowances or facilities admissible (whether in cash or in kind) under the Act.]
