Section 3(f) in Gujarat Single Window Clearances Rules, 2017
(f)In case the competent authority does not acknowledge the receipt of the attachments within 5 working days of dispatch as noted initially in the system, the day on which the courier has been received shall be construed as reference date specific to clearance by the concerned department.
