HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA Order 21/10/2020 Matter comes up on an application for modification of the order dated 15.10.2020 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner prays that an interim order be passed as in similar cases, interim protection has been granted by the Court and thus, the order dated 15.10.2020 be accordingly modified.
In the opinion of this Court, the order dated 15.10.2020 does not warrant any interference. The stay application of the petitioner (Downloaded on 21/10/2020 at 09:32:59 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-11862/2020] is still pending. He can always move an appropriate application for seeking orders on the stay application.
In view of the above, application for modification of the order dated 15.10.2020 is accordingly rejected.
