324. [ Entry in Cash book. [Substituted by C.S. No. 9 dated 3.8.1965.]
- Every item received must be entered in the Cash Book (Register 94 of the Register and Return Manual Schedule XIV, Form 528) or in some register subsidiary thereto (kept in T.C. Form No. 6 of the Bihar Treasury Code Volume II) and numbered in a consecutive monthly series for each register. Instructions in Rule 86 of the Bihar Treasury Code, Volume I shall be observed in the maintenance of Nazarat accounts.]
