ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the disobedience and non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 07.01.2022 in W.P.No.10467 of 2021.
2.There is a substantial compliance of the order of this Court dated 07.01.2022 in W.P.No.10467 of 2021 in as much as the respondents have issued a communication dated 11.10.2023 to the respective petitioners.
Relevant portion of the said communication reads as under:-
“In order to comply with the directions of the Hon' ble Division Bench of the High Court of Judicature at Madras Dated:12.09.2023 made in W.A.Nos.1358, 1359 & 1361 of 2022 and 614 to 616 of 2023 and C.M.P.Nos.8700, 8702, 8669 & 8691 of 2022, 6034, 6036, 5037,6038& 6039 of 2023, the Board has decided to allow Tr.A.Pavunkumar Enrl.No.1610403 to the next stage of selection i.e. Certificate Veritication, Physical Measurement Test, Endurance Testand Physical Efficiency Test on 07.11.2023 and 08.11.2023 for the post of Sub-
Inspector of Police for the year 2019 at Madurai Centre along with the candidates of Joint Recruitment

2) Tr.A.Pavunkumar Enrl.No.1610403 should attend the selection process on the above date without fail. 3.The above communications are pursuant to dismissal of W.A.Nos.1358, 1359 & 1361 of 2022 & 614 to 616 of 2023 filed by the respondents against the order of this Court dated 07.01.2022 in W.P.Nos.9834, 14538 of 2020 and 10467, 12833, 12835 & 4852 of 2021.
4.Considering the above, these Contempt Petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case, the respondents fail to issue communications in accordance with the above letters.
