Section 9(4)(ii) in The Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur Statutes, 1987

(ii)There shall be a Technical Evaluation Committee headed by Vice-Chancellor, two experts from outside the University in the concerned discipline nominated by the Vice-Chancellor, one representative of the State Government and one representative of the I.C.A.R., to evaluate each person at the age of 35/45/55 years respectively. On the basis of evaluation the said Committee will decide about the continuance or the retirement of the person concerned.
