Section 36(3) in The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Act, 1949
(3)The Registrar shall submit the application and all proceedings, if any, of the Syndicate [and the Senate relating thereto to the Government] [These words were substituted for the words 'relating thereto to the Senate', by Bombay 52 of 1950, Section 26 (b).] which, after such inquiry as may appear to it to be necessary, shall grant or refuse the application or any part thereof.
