40. Secretary to Board.
(1)The Secretary of the Board shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Board.(2)The Secretary shall, with the approval of the Chairperson issue notice to convene meetings of the Board and keep the record of minutes and shall take necessary steps for carrying out the decision of the Board.
