(2)The parties to any proceeding before the Debt Relief Court shall appear either personally or with the permission of the Court, through any other person who shall be a relative, partner, or a servant of such party and duly authorised by it in writing in this behalf ;Provided that the debtor may, with the permission of the Debt Relief Court, authorise or the Debt Relief Court may direct a Debt Relief Inspector to appear and act on behalf of the debtor in any proceedings before such Court.
