Section 18(1) in Tamil Nadu Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Rules, 1965
(1)Any sum payable to a religious, educational or charitable institution under sub-section (4) of section 8 and sub-section (4) of section 20 shall be paid in cash from the sub-treasury of the taluk in which minor inam is situated.
