Section 9(4) in The Cost and Works Accountants (Procedure of Investigations of Professional and Other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007
(4)The Director shall, after making further investigation as advised by the Board of Discipline under sub-rule (2) or (3) of his rule or by the Committee under Sub-rule (2), shall further proceed under this rule.
