13. Powers to attend meeting.
- Managing Director may attend any meeting of any department of the Government and, local body and may participate in the deliberations of such meetings and may tender advice, guide, assist, and co-ordinate development agencies with regard to development schemes undertaken by any department of the Government in the area.
