Section 3(1) in Telangana Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1998
(1)The Government shall by notification establish for the purposes of this Act, a Corporation to be called the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] Infrastructure Development Corporation.
