Section 779(1) in Criminal Courts - Rules and Orders
(1)Subject to the provisions of Rule 782 every licensed petition-writer shall charge such fees only as may be prescribed by the District Magistrate. He shall note, in the petition as well as in the appropriate column of his register, the amount actually received by him.
