Section 69B(4) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983

(4)Every appeal shall be accompanied by a fee of four hundred rupees, which shall not be refundable and shall be credited to the university fund:Provided that, the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, revise such fees, from time to time.
