Section 5(2)(a) in The Orissa Money-lenders' Act, 1939

(a)Every application made under Sub-section (1) shall be accompanied by the prescribed registration fee and shall be presented to the Sub-Registrar within whose jurisdiction the principal place of business referred to in Clause (c) of Sub-section (1) is situate.
