Section 4(1) in The Collection of Entertainment Duty on Cable Television (including Entertainments Duty leviable or Direct-to-Home (DTH) Broadcasting Service) by Way of Public Auction Rules, 2003
(1)The Government may, lease by public auction the collection of the entertainment duty leviable on the cable television including duty leviable on Direct to Home (DTH) Broadcasting Service under section 4-E of the Act or appoint an agent for collection of the duty.
