Section 286(1) in Gauhati Municipal Corporation Act, 1971
(1)The Corporation may provide a place or places with all necessary apparatus and establishment for the dis infections of conveyances, clothings, beddings or other articles which have become infected or suspected to have become infected and when any article have been brought to any such place for dis infections, shall cause them to be disinfected either, -(a)Free of charge; or(b)In its discretion on payment of such fees as it may from time to time fix in this behalf
