Section 141(b) in The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000
(b)in sub- section (8),-(i) for the words" five thousand rupees", the words" fifty thousand rupees'' shall be substituted;(ii)for the words" fifty rupees", the words" five hundred rupees" shall be substituted.
