      This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227
of the Constitution of India to direct the respondents to
register FIR, investigate into the matter and take
appropriate action against the culprits, based on
Annexure-A complaint.

      This writ petition coming on for preliminary hearing,
this day, the court made the following;

                           ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on advance notice. Perused the material on record.

2. It is noted that petitioner has sought a direction to register FIR, investigate into the matter and take appropriate action against the alleged offenders based on Annexure-A complaint.

3. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that Annexure-A has been sent by post to the 2nd respondent herein, whereas petitioner would have approached the jurisdictional police station in person so as to enable jurisdictional police to take action in the matter. In the circumstances, petitioner is at liberty to send one of 3 their representatives to the jurisdictional police station and submit complaint to the jurisdictional Station House Officer.

3. It is directed that if any such complaint is submitted in the aforesaid manner, the same shall be considered and action shall be taken in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, writ petition is disposed off.
