45. Procedure to be followed by the appellate authority.
(1)On receipt of the appeal and if such appeal can be admitted in accordance with the Act the appellate authority may call for records of the case from the authority who passed the order appealed against and may make such further enquiries as it may deem necessary and after giving the appellant an opportunity of being heard, pass final orders.(2)The action taken by the appellate authority shall conform to the provisions of section 6F of the Act.
