Section 2(b) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(b)"access" or "egress" means passageways, corridors, stairs, platform, ladders and any others means to be used by a building worker for normally entering or leaving the work place or for escaping in case of danger;
