18. The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer.
(1)The appointment of the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be made by the Chairperson of the Sponsoring Body in such manner as may be specified by the Statutes.(2)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be specified by the Statutes.
