ORDER
1. The Complainants approached the Commission with their petitions dt.21.3.12 aggrieved at the denial of information by the PIO dated 5.12.11 in response to their RTI applications dated 28.10.11 wherein they had sought information against six points with regard to Employment Notification No.1/2007(RRC/WB). The Applicants had sought the same information in the two RTI applications including details of marks received by them against each question, cut off marks of various categories of candidates, the total number of candidates who appeared for the selection test and number selected etc.
2. During the hearing, the Respondent submitted that since the selection process is not yet over, information cannot be furnished. When queried by the Commission as to how much more time it will take to complete the selection process the Respondents stated that it will take another two to three months.
3. The Commission accordingly directs the PIO to furnish point wise information to the Complainants as and when the selection process is completed and definitely within three weeks of announcement of the results, to the Complainants.
4. The complaints are disposed off with the above directions.
